(This comes from Hot104.com)
Police said Wednesday (Oct. 20) they have two suspects in the attack that left a bodyguard for Kurupt dead and two others injured outside a recording studio Sunday night. Detective Jose Carrillo said police also believe they know why the attack, in which 23-year-old Dwayne Dupree was shot several times in the chest, occurred, despite a lack of cooperation from eyewitnesses. He would not say what that motive was. The suspects are two black males, though more gunmen could have been involved in the attack, the detective said. Carrillo said he did not sense from speaking to witnesses that any of them were fearful before the attack. But he added, "Unfortunately, we're dealing with uncooperative witnesses." He would not say whether Kurupt witnessed the incident. Police spoke to Kurupt at the crime scene, said Carrillo, who declined to discuss the rapper's statements.
The 2pac Tribute Movie soundtrack called "XChange" has been pushed back till November 16, 1999. The soundtrack will feature Daz, Kurupt and many more artists.

News for 10.19.99

Snoop Dogg performed Sunday the 17th, at a car show in Houston. Suprisingly Dr. Dre came out first, which shoked the crowd as they went crazy. Also on stage was Xzibit and Nate Dogg. They ripped all their classics. Also appearing at the show was Scarface, Children of the Ghetto, 5th Ward Boyz, and Lil Troy.
Tash's album will drop around the same time as a movie he's prominently featured in. It's an adventure story put together by Snoop Dogg. here Tash plays the role of Co-Cheese who happens to be a cell mate of Snoop. The pair managed to break out of jail and that's when the story kicks in. Tash concluded by noting that Snoop was changing the title of the movie so he couldn't tell us what that would be. He was headed back to LA to finish shooting a couple of more scenes.
C-Bo and Spice 1 are set to make a new album together called Major Pain & Bossilini: Da Album".
